Taste Training

Sharpening the senses of his interested guests, promoting creativity by the inspiring ambience and raising a new awareness of the sensory interplay between aromas, textures and temperatures – this is the objective behind Thomas Bühner’s taste training sessions at la vie.

The homely taste training sessions have been perfectly adapted to the architecture of the old Steinwerk. The preparatory kitchen, with bar area and recessed seated alcoves, is adjacent to the chef’s kitchen, equipped with every refinement and high-tech devices, comprising a worktop with induction hobs, wok burners and teppanyaki. A cosy eating area with a large table that invites you to enjoy a sociable get-together and to consume the delicacies prepared completes the working areas.
