The stylish ambience of the ground floor is characterised by warm earth tones and precious woods. A walk-in wine cabinet and humidor acts as a partition between a small lounge and the restaurant, giving guests an idea of the treasures awaiting them. The contemporary works of art create a contrast that is always evident in Thomas Bühner’s cuisine, too. The atmosphere on the upper floor is very different: here guests are invited into an authentic, carefully redesigned tripartite saloon in Osnabrück neo-classicist style.

The restaurant’s extensive wine collection is housed in the 600-year-old roof vault, the former Steinwerk, which is the oldest part of the house. Perfectly protected by metre-thick stone walls.
